Motivational Work consists of three parts of a new approach to motivating clients and patients.

The first one is values and theory. Most importantly, this segment hinders burnout and makes staying committed to the client possible. All human beings have a positive core, including clients. It signifies that there is hope for everyone. Resistance is primarily an indirect call for help. In a hidden way, the client always contacts you.

The second part is the motivational relationship with the client. It functions as the practical application of values and theory. Through the relationship, the motivational worker conveys specific attitudes to the client, who receives emotional power that strengthens his or her motivation.

Thirdly, you can apply methods and techniques in Motivational Work. The advantage of using them is that the motivational process can rapidly progress, reinforcing the protective suit. A prerequisite for using these methods is that a motivational relationship already exists.
